Our 30-Day Kid-Love-It Guarantee gives you time to receive, open and actually try your toy at home.

Return window

Request a return within 30 days of delivery. The product may be opened and reasonably tested — normal signs of careful testing do not make it ineligible.

What we need back

Return the product in good, complete condition with all parts, cables and manuals (and the original packaging where reasonably possible). If your order included a free MiniScope or other gift, please return it too.

How to start a return

Email support@peekoralab.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We will reply with instructions and the return address — please do not mail anything back before you receive them.

Return shipping

For change-of-mind returns the customer covers return shipping. If your order arrived damaged, defective, incomplete or incorrect, we cover it — contact us within 7 days of delivery with a photo or short video.

Refunds

Approved refunds go to the original payment method after the return is received and inspected; allow 5–10 business days for it to appear.
