Shipping is free to Canada and the United States on every order, with no minimum spend. Delivery timing is also shown before purchase on the PeekoraScope product page.

Orders are normally processed within 2 business days. Estimated delivery is 5–9 business days in Canada and 6–10 business days in the United States. Tracking is emailed after dispatch.

We currently offer free tracked shipping to Canada and the United States. The country and currency selector shows the markets currently available for online orders.

You may request a return within 30 days of delivery. Products may be opened and reasonably tested at home, but should be returned complete and in good condition. Change-of-mind return shipping is normally the customer’s responsibility; damaged, defective or incorrect orders are handled at no charge. See our full refund policy for complete conditions.

We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 30 days of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll send you a replacement or refund at no charge — no need to return the damaged item.

Yes! The PeekoraScope Explorer™ comes in 4 colour options (White, Yellow, Pink, Purple). The Peekora MiniScope™ is available in White, Blue, and Pink. PeekoraTalk Reader™ comes in two editions. Select your preferred option on the product page before adding to cart.

Use every product according to its recommended age and the instructions included with the order. Some products contain small parts, and adult supervision is recommended for younger children and whenever a rechargeable product is being charged. Contact us if you need product-specific safety information before ordering.

Each product is clearly labelled with its recommended age range. Products designed for ages 3 and under (ColorNest) contain no small parts. Products for older age groups may have smaller components and should be used under parental supervision as indicated on the packaging. Always read the safety guidelines included with your purchase.

Contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel an order. We will try to help, but changes cannot be guaranteed after an order enters processing or ships. Once shipped, the store refund policy applies.

Gift wrapping is not currently offered as a checkout option. Products arrive in their standard product packaging, so please plan separate wrapping when purchasing a gift.

PeekoraScope bundle savings are applied automatically—no code is needed. Any additional active promotion and its conditions will be displayed on the storefront or at checkout.
