Yes! We offer free standard shipping on all orders over $50 CAD within Canada, or $38 USD to the United States. Orders under the free shipping threshold are charged a flat rate based on your location at checkout.

Canada: Standard shipping takes 3–7 business days. Express shipping (2–3 business days) is available at checkout.

United States: Standard shipping takes 5–10 business days. Expedited options are available.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days and you'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Currently, we ship to Canada and the United States only. We're actively working to expand to the UK, Australia, and Europe. Sign up for our newsletter to be notified when international shipping launches.

We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, contact us within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused and in their original packaging. We'll provide a prepaid return label and issue a full refund once we receive the item.

We're so sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damage. We'll send you a replacement immediately at no charge — no need to return the damaged item.

Yes! The PeekoraScope Pro comes in 4 colour options (White, Yellow, Pink, Purple). PeekoraSnap comes in Orange, Purple, Pink, and Blue. PeekoraTalk is available in 175-word and 350-word editions. Select your preferred option on the product page before adding to cart.

Absolutely. Safety is our number one priority. All PeekoraLab products:

• Are made from BPA-free, non-toxic materials
• Meet ASTM F963 (USA) safety standards
• Comply with EN 71 (European standard)
• Are Health Canada certified
• Are tested by accredited third-party labs

Each product is clearly labelled with its recommended age range. Products designed for ages 3 and under (ColorNest) contain no small parts. Products for older age groups may have smaller components and should be used under parental supervision as indicated on the packaging. Always read the safety guidelines included with your purchase.

You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us immediately. After that, we may have already processed your order for shipping. In that case, you can use our 30-day return policy after delivery.

Yes! Gift wrapping is available for $4.99 CAD per item. Select the gift wrap option at checkout and add a personalized message at no extra charge. Our eco-friendly gift packaging uses recycled materials.
