We'll walk you through the return steps and issue a full refund to your original payment method once we receive the item.

Yes! The PeekoraScope Explorer™ comes in 4 colour options (White, Yellow, Pink, Purple). The Peekora MiniScope™ is available in White, Blue, and Pink. PeekoraTalk Reader™ comes in two editions. Select your preferred option on the product page before adding to cart.

Absolutely. Safety is our number one priority. All PeekoraLab products:

• Are made from BPA-free, non-toxic materials
• Meet ASTM F963 (USA) safety standards
• Comply with EN 71 (European standard)
• Are Health Canada certified
• Are tested by accredited third-party labs

Each product is clearly labelled with its recommended age range. Products designed for ages 3 and under (ColorNest) contain no small parts. Products for older age groups may have smaller components and should be used under parental supervision as indicated on the packaging. Always read the safety guidelines included with your purchase.

You can modify or cancel your order within 2 hours of placing it by contacting us immediately. After that, we may have already processed your order for shipping. In that case, you can use our 30-day return policy after delivery.
